Situation
The hotel now has a new name, a new strategy, new prices and more. Now, you have to communicate this information clearly and convincingly to all stakeholders.
Goal
Create a re-opening campaign that communicates the new concept of the hotel to all stakeholders. The campaign should inform them, motivate them, give them a good feeling. It should also inform them, in a concise way, about the most relevant changes of the hotel.
Task, deliverable
Develop a re-opening campaign with different components:
- Make an overview of the most important stakeholders.
- Define exactly what you are going to communicate to the stakeholders and why.
- Which media will you use and in which ways?
- Make an overview of the costs: check the internet for realistic costs for a campaign like this.
- Make a calendar (a timeline): what to post when, at what time.
