Situation
You have upgraded and modernized the hotel with the initial investment of €900,000.
Goal
Make a mood board which shows the renovations done to the hotel.
Task, deliverable
Use the section in our Team File to answer.
You should focus on corporate identity, image and usefulness to the clients. Do not go too much in details on materials you need: but do make explicit cost groups for specific items or renovations. But no specifications underneath at least 200 euro. Always keep in mind and make clear how many rooms you are talking about.
Have a look at the costs (investments and depreciation). Be sure to be creative in this: do make a mood board of the new looks of the renovated rooms.
