What Are Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Criteria?
Environmental, social, and governance criteria are a set of standards for a company’s operations towards:
- Environmental criteria: what is a company's relation to of nature?
- Social criteria: how does a hotel manages its relationships with employees, suppliers, customers and the communities where it operates.
- Governance: dealing with a company’s leadership, controls, rights e.g.
