What does the hotel look like?
To see what the hotel looks like, there are eight pages:

The excellent Hotel cost estimating guide 2020 of JN + A and HVS design gives you information on the cost of upgrading elements in the hotel. Check this guide to get a grip on costs of new investments. Feel free to use another guide, if that is more appropriate for your hotel. Do not get lost in too many details: rather thinks in hundreds and in thousands of euro's.
Info on the facilities
Apart from what is offered in the rooms in the hotel, the following facilities are available, all of them are situated on the ground floor.
- Food and beverage; a restaurant a lobby-bar and two terraces
- Two lifts, one in the front section and one in the back.
- A swimming pool: not that big but free for those staying in the hotel or banqueting guest when in their arrangement.
- A sauna and solarium. Both paid for (€5 per 30 minutes) and not really modern.
- A fitness room free for those staying in the hotel or banqueting guest when in their arrangement. This one is acceptable if it's not too busy.
- Wi-Fi but only in the back of the building of acceptable quality: so the banqueting halls and the renovated rooms.
All the income from these facilities contributes to the revenue post 'banqueting and other revenues'.
All the facilities are situated on the ground floor in the section next to the restaurant.
