Re-Opening campaign
You take the hotel over, but there is a history, of course. After the preparations in year 0, you now are ready for a big 'launch' of the new concept towards all stakeholders.
An important part of this campaign is a Trade Fair, where you would like to present your hotel.
Situation
You gave your hotel a new names, a new strategy new prices and more. Now you have to communicate this to all the stakeholders.
Before, and let's hope, after Covid times, Trade Fairs are an important way to present your company to the press, (consumer) visitors as well as partners from the industry.
Goal
Make a campaign communicating the news situation to the all stake holders. Make a plan exactly what you would do on a Trade fair: look at some the images for inspiration: regretfully we can not do the Trade fair live this year.
Task, deliverable
Use your Team File, and put your answers in the designated space.
First make an inventory of the most important stakeholders.
Define exactly what you are going to communicate to them and why.
Which media will you be using for this, and in which ways?
Make an overview of the costs: check the internet for realistic costs for a campaign like this.
Make a calendar, what to post when, at what time etc.
And make the campaign 'ready' as far as possible.
Make a specific plan for the Trade fair: you will have a booth, as on the images. Make a sketch of the booth.

Handing in
Upload your work anywhere in the cloud (Dropbox e.g.: do not e-mail):
- Be sure the file is public
- Be sure anyone with a link can access it without any login (!)
- Copy the link (only the link, not the document or content) to your hotels Team File tab Year 1-2-3-4 in row 47: additional information for your coach
- You work in the cloud: no need to save (done automatically) or hand-in your Team File. Just be sure it is ready, well before the deadline.
Furthermore, all other relevant information for your coach is welcome in this cell as well!
