If your assignment becomes managing one of the new venues, you have more freedom in setting up a new concept. So, this also applies to the rooms and facilities; don't bother about the way the rooms look in the original hotel. You can use the decision 'investments' for this purpose. You can invest a maximum of € 900,000 per year in this. Possibly, you can also 'use' the item other costs within the decisions to a maximum of € 100,000 per year.
