Name of assignment
Create an infographic related to the new strategy of your hotel. An infographic is a visual representation of any kind of information or data, in this case about your hotel.
Situation
A lot of things will change, as your team takes over and has new plans. To all sorts of stakeholders the changes may be a bit unclear and therefore clear communication is needed. Jill Jandal is accountable for the owners of the hotel. The relationship with Christina Bergman and the rest of the family is excellent. Christina wants to be informed about the upcoming changes. An multipage strategic plan is not helpful in communicating with her.
Goal
Make an infographic which shows the ideal situation of the hotel in four years. You make this particularly for Jill. The most important changes must be clearly indicated and the infographic must also provide insight into the expected consequences of the planned changes.
Task, deliverable
Make an infographic that visualizes the most important strategic choices and the consequences you expect this to have in the next four years. All together this should be no more then 2 pages of A4. The infographic should inform the management (and maybe owners) of the hotel. This infographic, of course, should inform but also support your ideas in a positive way to get maximum support from the Bergman family and Jill Jandal for your plans.
Upload your infographic somewhere in the cloud. Make a link to this document, be sure the document is 'public', so the links work for anyone. Put only the link in your Team File in cel D47.
