Situation
There will be a Trade Fair where you would like to present your hotel, so you have to make a plan to join.
Goal
Make a plan that can be executed for real and which is meant to make the Trade Fair a success.
Task, deliverable
Making a plan to have a booth on a Trade Fair which you will write down in your Team File.
Make a plan on the looks of the booth, what will be in, who will be doing what, what are you going to tell the visitors and the costs and revenus of the Trade Fair.
