Taking part in Trade Fair
Situation
You have planned taking part in the Trade Fair, now you actually are doing to do so.
Goal
Presenting your company to whoever visits the Trade Fair. And secondly also checking the competition yourself and learn from that.
Task, deliverable
Write the results n your team document.
Do the Trade fair, and write afterwards a short evaluation on how things went, keeping the plan (8.1) in mind. Write a short competition analysis, maybe use photo's in this. And be sure to use theory on competition analysis. What have you learned from visiting the competition? What influences does this have on your hotel?
