Situation
An unexpected situations has occurred.The management team has to response quickly and take measures. In 6.1 your hotel already made a plan.
Goal
Giving a press conference to control the flow of information and to avoid all kinds of rumors to be spread on the internet and social media.
Task, deliverable
Do a real press conference, film it, upload it somewhere online (YouTube e.g.) and put the link to the video in your Team document.
- Prepare a press conference
- which matches your corporate image
- which handles some of the problems from the event
- which has clear goals and message
- make a link to your other activities to solve this problem, you have mentioned in 6.1
- which you actually do and film
Be sure the video setting are public! The press conference has to last at least five minutes. Try to edit it a bit, but no need to make it a very smooth 'production'.

- Does the the press conference live up to the required elements?
- Is there a clear link to the rest of the plans and the corporate identity?
- Is it creative?
