Poor maintenance
The maintenance of the hotel is rather poor. During the last year only the minimum of the required maintenance has been done, so some additional maintenance is advisory. There is a cost group called depreciation costs of existing assets, but these costs just are not enough to keep up the tree star standard. Some expenses made on additional maintenance migth have a positive effect, but this will only last for one year only.
