We all know that the best business are made outside of the office. Since beer is one of the most typical symbol of Germany, our special offer is beer from our own brewery. Not only business ties can be strengthened here, we also try attract families to experience the German atmosphere in our garden and hotel.

First of all we created a website for our hotel to promote and inform our customers. We want to give our guests the chance to see parts of our hotel on pictures before they start their trip. The website as well as the other social mdia plattforms is giving information about special offers. Furthermore, we would like to attract new customers by providing our comany concept.

Achieveing 15% more revenue through raising the prices by 5% and experiencing the raise of the number of customers both on weekdays and weekends

As we host many business travellers in our Resort who are just visiting Germany for their meetings we want them to get a slight idea of the German culture. After an exhausting day nothing is more relaxing than enjoying a homemade beer in our garden. The main aim is to enthuse our customers to return to Germany as a vacationer
Strategy
First thing – we are introducing the brand new brewery that is going to attract new groups of customers with the purpose of tasting the new beer which we are very proud of and are going to promote through participating in differents awards over the next years.
Also, we are focusing on the extension of the number of business customers through introducing not only the brewery but the whole new atmosphere in which you can relax in the evening after the long working day and create new bonds with your business partners behind the beer glass
For the weekends we are introducing newly renovated banqueting room which is suitable for different sort of events like weddings, birthday parties and another celebrations
Interior
The interior is simple but comfortable. With an adding of traditional elements in the backround like a cuckoo clock.
Room and banqueting prices
The price strategy is to slightly raise the prices by 5 percent from the beginning given the newly introduced features. This would not scare off the returning customers but still will help to pay back the improvement investments. On the other hand the prices for the banqueting and food&beverage will be slightly lower than the market level because we are pursuing the traditional german style of restaurant which will not demand much money to run so that we can keep our food prices low

Overnight guests recieve 20% off their restaurant bill if they choose to dine with us.
We provide beer samples and can fill your personal growlers.
Weekends
Friday night performances such as live music, comedy, and local talent.
Our restaurant is a separate entity from the hotel itself and is subject to grow and evolve as we become more popular.
