Customers are coming from the real situation in your country and from incoming tourism. The well-known partition of the demand side of the market was in theleisure targetgroup and the business targetgroup. But that's old school, your are running the hotel now!
The Emerald Forest has always been a couzy hotel for all of it's customers. In it's size, not to big, but especially also in it's management. As the times have changed, the customers have changed, so the question is, if these personal relations and style of leadership go along with the situation now.
