Branch organisation
There is no branch organisation at the beginning of this game in any city: feel free to organize one. This does requires members, some dedication,
goals and it will bring some costs (membership). On the other hand, it might bring additional guests to the total of the city and thus all hotels in your city could benefit.
So you really need to have a plan, have members and estimate the benefits (and costs). If you do so and communicate properly, the market might respond, the demand might grow.
