Step 8/10: Get customers in the markets
Customers are coming from the real situation in your country and from incoming tourism. The well-known partition of the demand side of the market used to be in the leisure targetgroup and the business targetgroup. But that's old school, your are running the hotel now!
The Emerald Forest has always been a cozy hotel for all of it's customers. In it's size, not to big, but especially also in it's management. As the times have changed, the customers have changed, so the question is, if these personal relations and style of leadership go along with the situation now.
New channels
There is a big shift going on in reservation systems and in the influence of the social media and reviews. The Bergman family hardly related on the new developments over the year. But, will you?
