This is an EXAMPLE of a filled-in team page. You can copy some technical examples from here after clicking the edit tab if you like. You can of course, NOT edit THIS page; you can only edit your own team page. But you can copy and past parts, if needed. Your team page should give Christina Bergman, the coaches and your colleagues an overview of the strategic plans for your hotel. So the team page is for INTERNAL communication on strategy. All EXTERNAL communication to your customers (your actions, photo's, campaigns, actions, messages, videos) should be posted on your hotel's Facebook or Twitter page (or other internet media). Be sure to post all links to social media, like your Facebook and Twitter page and maybe your hotels' website etc. on your team page! Referring to sources or examples on the internet makes your strategy much stronger (we faked that in this example)! Take into account that this example-page is not the "perfect" team page, it just gives you an idea. It does NOT contain a consistent strategy, which is your biggest challenge...Be sure to bring down the size of pictures or photo's used to 150kb. Check shrinking pictures.

The name of our hotel is Amstelburg Hotel. We have chosen this name because the hotel is located in Amstelburg in the Netherlands. We also believe that with a simple name people will easier remember our hotel.

We are young and creative people who want to be different from others. We don't want to be just like other hotels because that would be boring and wouldn't give people any reason to come to our hotel. We also strenghten eachother at different aspects of work so we can inprove ourselves and other teammembers.

We would like to introduce ourselves so you will get to know us better as entrepreneurs. AnnaLeah is very social and likes to contact people and inform them. Her job is to help costumers with difficulties and make sure that everyone is statified with our services. She will take care of the public relations.

Iefke is great in making choices, in difficult situations is she most of all the one who can make a descission wich is good for all of us and the hotel. Also with hiring people she can see who is the best for the

New hotel strategy

We are aiming at tourist who want to see the city with varying ages and especialy the youth. We will focus on the couchsurfing types but longer stays are a possibilaty. oure style is mordern but with aspects of all sorts of things. To impress the guest and to have a USP, we will introduce the poloroid cameras so they can make unique photos in our unique hotel and ofcourse in the city.

Weekends and weekdays

Because we expect more visitors in the weekends then in a workweek the prices will be 10% higher in the weekends then in a normal workweek. The reason we do this, is we hope that more people will stay on workdays because that cheaper for them.
