Banqueting and other revenue
In the history this revenue group was split up in:
- the banqueting itself, approximately € 100,000
- other revenues, approximately € 131,636
The group 'other revenue' make up approx. 4% to 5% of the total revenue and in total with the banqueting up to 8%. It comprises additional sales, renting out bikes, upgrades, storno-fees (cancellations), paid-for use of facilities etc. You can choose the price of the banqueting, but a part of the revenues seems to be linked to the occupancy rate.
