Customers and markets
Customers are coming from two main targetgroups: leisure targetgroup and the business targetgroup. From the total revenues the second group of guests is the most important one to the hotel. The Emerald Forest has always been a couzy hotel also to the business guests. In it's size, not to big, but especially also in it's management. As the times have changed, the customers have changed, so the question is, if these personal relations and style of leadership gao along with the situation now.
New channels
There is a big shift going on in reservation systems and in the influence of the social media and reviews. The Bergman family hardly related on the new developments over the year. But, will you?
