Customers and markets

Customers are closely linked to the two markets, leisure market and the business market. With 70% the second one is the most important one to the hotel. The Emerald Forest has always been a family hotel. In it's size, not to big, but especially also in it's management. As the times have changed, the customers have changed, so the question is, if these personal relations and style of leadership gao along with the situation now.

New channels

There is a big shift going on in reservation systems and in the influence of the social media and reviews. The Bergman family hardly related on the new developments over the year. But, will you?
