Paying in the restaurant
Handing your guests over an invoice, or 'the bill', is hardly ever a pleasant moment. Whether it is in the restaurant bar, or at the end of the stay at the reception. Or, even when sent by email to a company. Though, we have to realize this is an important touchpoint too.
