Create a set of amenities. Hotel amenities are desirable or useful features provided when booking or renting a room at a hotel, taking a flight e.g. The amenities provided in each hotel vary: in most hotels a number of amenities will be standard with all rooms and for free. In others, they may be optional for an additional cost. So, it is different from merchandise, which are products (probably tangible) that can be sold and have a strong relation to the hotel and it's strategy. It is also not the same as (promotional) give-aways, though there is a strong link between all three of them.
