Organise a press conference. The press conference will be online (virtual) and will mainly focus on the new strategy of your hotel.
Situation
The hotel has always been a kind of [[Family Bergman|family hotel], also for guests from the business market. Now that you have set new strategic goals, it is the right time to give a (kind of) press conference about this as well. It seems a bit old-fashioned, but this can contribute to a good relationship with the (regional) press which might turn out to be beneficial in the years to come.
Goal
By having a good relationship with all kinds of press, ensuring publicity, short lines of communication and good contacts when contact is needed.
Ultimately, this should lead to a better on- and offline image of the hotel, more engagement and bookings.
