Name of assignment
Create a special menu. The intention is to create a menu that can be offered throughout the year in the restaurant of your hotel.
Situation
In the hospitality industry, restaurants are an important part of the total offer. It's not just about the [Operating_review#All_Revenues|reveneus], or the profit, but also about the image, the service and the alignment of the total strategy.
