Create a house style for your hotel.
Situation
The Emerald Forest hotel does have a kind of house style. It is not recorded in documentation or with a specific plan or purpose. Because of the history (the name) green has been a logical choice to use green in the logo for example. The house style actually consists of using green a lot, the logo (with the leaf).
Goal
The new house style must be in line with the strategy of your hotel: and it is a strategic choice by itself. In all communication a specific house style should emphasize this new strategy of the hotel.
