Make a plan that can be executed for real and which is meant to make the Trade Fair a success.  
Presenting your company to who-ever visits the Trade Fair and also learn from that. As of the current situation, it is not possible to attend a real Trade Fair. Because of that, you will make a video to present yourself on the Trade Fair. The video needs to be a pitch of your hotel and can not take longer than 3 minutes. You get to decide to whom your pitch will be addressed.

Making a plan to have a booth on a Trade Fair which you will write down in your team document. <br>
Upload your video on Youtube and place the link in your team document. Next week you will receive the links of the videos of all your competitors.
Make a plan on the looks of the booth, what will be in, who will be doing what, what are you going to tell the visitors and the costs and revenues of the Trade Fair. Your team also has to check the competing hotels on the Fair, keep that in mind.

Situation
