Plan Trade Fair
Situation
There will be a real Trade Fair in a few days, so you have to make a plan to join.
Goal
Make a plan which also will be executed for real and which is meant to make the Trade Fair a success.
Task, deliverable
Making a plan to have a booth on the Trade Fair which you will write down in your team document.
You will be assigned a place. Each place at the Trade Fair will have a simple booth, a table. You will have 30 minutes to change the table into an attractive booth.
Make a plan on the looks of the booth, what will be in, who will be doing what, what are you going to tell the visitors? You teams also has to check the competing hotels on the Fair, keep that in mind (see 8.2).
