External and internal analysis
Situation
You have just taken over and planned a strategy. You might tweak your strategy a bit when you have analysed the external and internal situation.
Goal
Make an overview of the situation internal and external so that you can adapt your strategy a bit and have more foundation to make operational decisions.
Task, deliverable
Fill out the required element sin the Team document.
Make an overview in a chosen structure that shows the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities an threats found in the analysis. Be sure to have reliable external sources on the situation in hospitality in the Netherlands. And use for internal situations the files in Hotel info pages
Assessed elements
During all of our years of experience we never had a conflict in real life related to the simulation, but please do take this seriously.
