All of the participants of the Emerald Forest Hotel simulations are working in teams. As in reality you will have to work together, solve problems together and not only manage the hotel but also your own team! <br>

You will have to agree on that within your team. Within your team you might have different tasks as team members, depending on how you organize things. Anyway in a good management team, all members know what is going on and can replace the other members. As in reality someone might fall ill, get a new job or even get fired! And, in real life, your team members don't have to be your friends: you are in a professional situation and running the hotel as a job: keep that in mind. Try to stay professional in the way that you treat each other. <br>
