First things to do

Taking over means you will have to make a lot of decisions within a short time-period. You wished you had the luxury to think things over for weeks, well, sorry you don't have that time. The hotel is opened for business from the moment you take over. So you need to decide on

• New Hotel name
• New strategy
• New (or same) Target groups
• Logo
• Slogan
• Website: maybe not perfect (yet), but you need to have one
• Facebook page: maybe not perfect (yet), but you need to have one
• Another social medium you are going to use. Maybe not perfect (yet), but you need to have one

You really need all of this, before you can make your decisions in any year. There is a special part for this in your Team file.
