In the game we do have two types of competition:

Still, of course you will always have to be competitive and distinguish yourself from the competitors. So a fair amount of creativity is always needed. <br>

The competition on creativity means that we make a ranking every operational year in all of the cities. All of these rankings reflect only the situation in that city, as the markets are not connected. So if you compete in the city of Amstelburg, and there are maybe 7 to 13 teams playing, the ranking of the top three only will be revealed. This ranking will be made on the basis of the total of all of the creativity over all of the years played.<br><br>

Of course you are not alone! If all teams are very creative, you have to be even more creative to be outstanding and to attract the customer in this way (see page on [[competition]])!


This means that you can have a very creative year two, but your year one was less creative and not innovative at all. This could mean that your overall position in the ranking might not benefit that much by this one year result. Of course, this also goes the other way around: just ''one'' brilliant creative idea can make a team clime several places in the creativity competition.

We have told you before that there is no interaction between the cities: that much is true.

But when all of the hotels have finished there competition in there city there will still be one overall winner
