What is a FTE?
FTE is an abbreviation for Full Time Equivalent. This is a workload which consists of 1,800 working hours a year. So for one person working full time this could be his or her job. This tasks could also be filled in by a number of persons doing together the 1,800 tasks and each working part-time. So this could be two persons half-time (50%), or even 5 persons 10% and one person 50%.
As you take over the hotel, there is not much information on the number of staff. On the page Staff you can find a bit more on this item, but it is mostly on costs of staff.
