Evaluating
During the game you will find marks on your Team finances, the tab results.
You will get a mark for:
- Year 0, prologue
- there is no marks at all only bonuses and fines possible.
- Year 01 marks
- creativity mark depending on the activity in this year: year one the Trade Fair and your performance there, your social media, creativity etc.
- entrepreneurship mark depending on your decisions in year one, especially the explanation in your Team file
- gameplay mark being the average of the creativity mark and the entrepreneurship mark.
- Year 02 marks
- creativity mark depending on other activities in this year, your social media, creativity etc.
- entrepreneurship mark depending on your decisions in year one, especially the explanation in your Team file
- gameplay mark being the average of the creativity mark and the entrepreneurship mark.
- Year 03 marks

All these marks you get each year will be given by your coach: you marks are private information and only visible to you on your Team finances after each year. You mark can be any mark between 1,0 and 10 where 10 is excellent and brilliant and very hard to reach and below 5,5 will reflect a weak year or not fulfilled tasks.
Creativity mark
Based on the creative of your team your team will get a creativity mark in each of the four years. To have a proper competition on creativity and to emphasize the importance, each year your get a new creativity mark. The average of all of your creativity mark divines the ranking in the Competition on creativity.
Entrepreneurship mark
Each of the four years your entrepreneurship will be rewarded by a mark. This means
- are your decisions logical and linked to your strategy?
- are the explanations (in the Team file) sufficient?
- are there other signs that indicate good entrepreneurship?
If all of this is done well it will contribute to the entrepreneurship mark in that year. This mark is a key element in the algorithm that allocates customers to your hotel, so it heavily influences your occupancy rate.
Gameplay mark
The average of the creativity marks (50%) and the entrepreneurship mark (50%) brings the so called gameplay mark per year.
At the end of the game your will have one overall gameplay mark which is the average of the four entrepreneurship marks and the four creativity marks during the simulation.
Year 02 for instance shows for entrepreneurship 9 | 8,3 : this means mark 9 this year and overall, so far, 8,3.

- 9 very good
- 8 good
- 7 fair
- 6 acceptable
- 5 not sufficient
- 4 very weak
- 3 not good
- 2 bad
- 1 very bad
Final average grades of 5,5 or better pass.
