The new management team

All of the participants of the Emerald Forest Hotel simulations are working in teams. As in reality you will have to work together, solve problems together and not only manage the hotel but also your own team!
Your team as a whole will be the new management team of the Emerald Forest Hotel. You take over the management and will have a lot of freedom in changing things and taking your decisions. You will have to explain all of your actions, though, to the board of directors by using the Explanations form which you will have to fill out every year explaining all of your decisions.
