Special fund
Christina, her brother Frank and their family have established a special fund, the Emerald Fund. In some cases this Fund does gifts, or loans at special rates and under specific conditions.
There is not more information available on this fund, as the family has total control over it and doesn't wish others to have more inside information on this.
