You have run the hotel for one year and have seen the results. Christina Bergman might ask you to evaluate the first year on max two pages with figures only: do not reproduce the results tab, but make interesting observations, look for benchmarks, make ratio's, compare with the history, or make this relative: chose yourself whatever you think is interesting to show. This should be calculations with a small explanation on it's relevance and of course the complete calculations themselves.
If asked to do this, try to make things look logical, so that's why we have called this a dashboard.
