Getting customers
Customers are coming from the real situation in your country and from incoming tourism. The well-known partition of the demand side of the market used to be in the leisure target group and the business target group. But that is old school, you are running the hotel now!
The Emerald Forest has always been a cozy hotel for all of its customers. In its size, not too big, but especially also in its management. As the times have changed, the customers have changed, so the question is if these personal relations and style of leadership go along with the situation now.
New channels
There is a big shift going on in reservation systems and in the influence of social media and reviews. The Bergman family hardly relate to the new developments over the year. But, will you?
