No agents so far
The Bergman family did not work with agents, affiliates or affiliating. This might bring an opportunity to you in cooperating with big platforms in the market like
- Bookings,
- Expedia
- Hotels.com
- or Agoda.
On the page aggregator there is also another possibility explained to use more channels in the market than just regular retail.
When choosing to make marketing costs for this, it is very relevant to explain exactly why, and how. The costs should be realistic of course and estimate what it could bring on sales, revenues or profit to your hotel. Realize that all the platforms (whether it is influencers, OTA, MSP's or agents) do ask for a commission, a percentage or otherwise rewarding. The file distribution shines some light on this. Check if there is enough margin for this in the revenues per room.
