Your hotel offers a wide array of hospitality services, many of which involve people being in close proximity to one another. Due to corona, people have to keep a 1.5 meter distance. This poses some managerial questions:
* How would you welcome people in general, as well as customers from other countries, other cultures?
* What type of security and safety can you offer?
* How would you communicate this?
* How does it affect your hospitality product?
* (How) can you turn this into a USP?
Keep in mind, the industry might just end up in closing for a period of time. And, it is not only about Corona, it is about how to handle and
