* house style (n the meaning of corporate identity) is needed. In communication, your social media etc.
Make a photo and put this photo and the explanation of the infographic (why did you make it this way?) in your Team dpcument.
This should clearly show what the new strategy stands for.
* a new logo is part of that. Can the logo by itself communicate enough?  
* a slogan. Especially used in marketing and communication. It should communicate more the the logo and house style can do. A slogan is also a strategic choice.
