Customers are coming from the real situation in your country and from incoming tourism. The well-known partition of the demand side of the market used to be in the leisure target group and the business target group. But that is old school, you are running the hotel now!

New channels
There is a big shift going on in reservation systems and in the influence of the social media and reviews. The Bergman family hardly relate to the new developments over the year. But, will you?
