Step 9/10: Evaluations
The way your activities and hotel results are evaluated depends very much on the competition you are playing, the way things are organized, your tasks and maybe some added assignments. For sure your explanations always plays an important role. The better your explanations on your decisions are, the more customers you will get; so a higher occupancy rate. So your occupancy rate depends on your decisions AND on your explanations of them AND your other actions (live etc.).
And, don't forget, higher occupancy rate does not automatically means a higher profit! You might be to cheap, fully booked but not making any profit because the costs are not covered by the turnover.
