Mission:


The great mission of Prana Hotel is to give people the opportunity to escape from the busy world and find inner peace and relaxation in our hotel.


Within our hotel respect is the main aspect we try to centre for our guest. Every guest will have space and supporting company at the same time so the ‘prana’, of finding the real centre of your life can be achieved.
Inspired by the Buddhism we as managers from the Prana hotel find out how important the innerpeace is for people. Through this concept we try to make the world a better place.
Vision:
Through slide changes the hotel will change from a simple business hotel into an innovative luxery hotel where people will experience the peacefull environment and atmosphere of the Prana Concept. Using interaction tools that will help the guest to find the centre of himself we will achieve a strong position on the market.
Objectives:
-          Within one year we want to have at least 100 likes
-          After 2 years our homepage will be visited at least 200 times
-          After 1 year 70 percent of the booked rooms had a positive outcome
-          The whole hotel has free wifi and tv’s in every room, this will be achieved after the first 10 months.
-          After 4 years the occupancy rate will be at least 75%
-          Within one year we will have at least 100 followers.

Therefor we will use different types of social media for our marketing mix. We will use Facebook since this type of medium is the most popular for both our targets. www.facebook.com/pranahotel

- We will also make use of a twitter account which will focus mainly on information about the hotel. For example, new concepts and changes within the hotel but also activities organized in the hotel like yoga, massages and swim activities that match the inner self concept that we try to create for our guests. www.twitter.com/pranahotel

- Instagram will be used, mainly to attract the customer through photos of the hotel and the staff so they get familiar with the concept and the hotel before booking. Also marketing stunts like discounts will be presented on Instagram. www.instagram.com/pranahotel
