The results of your hotel will be made automatically made by the accountant. You just have to analyse them, your do not have to calculate them yourselves apart from predictions linked to new costs and special decisions you make. After each year they will be ready for you in the secure section in your teamsheet which is accessible with your personal link.  
The annual results of your hotel are stated in the operating review, will be created ''automatically'' by the accountant at the end of each year. You just have to analyse the results, you do not have to calculate them yourselves. Of course, when making decisions and incurring costs, you will make some assumptions and calculations predicting occupancy and profit. After each year ends, they will be ready for you via your secret Team File link.  


Your results presented there will be divided in four parts:
The operating review consist of a number of crucial elements, whcih each have their own page:

Christina also ran her hotel by having a good grip on the key metrics: this is an overview of the most important figures of a company, some benchmarks, and some key performance indicators. The development of these figures meant the world to them and it still does! - Total revenues: related to your occupancy rate and prices.
