Develop a unique menu for your hotel restaurant that can be on the menu all year round. Make a video that shows how the dish is made and which can be used as an instruction for the chefs who are going to make it. The video should also appeal to random other viewers. The instructions may be (voice) recorded or shown by subtitling. Certain parts of the cooking process, such as 20 minutes cooking, can of course be shortened in the instruction. Upload the video on YouTube and think of copyrights.
