The "Two Minutes of Fame" offers your hotel the last and ultimate possibility to promote and present your hotel to the outside world. In this world there is so much communication that it is hard to stand-out or get any reach at all. <br>
Mentimeter or Kahoot voting.
In the main chat of your city we will have a meeting, which is in your schedule on Thursday, June 11th as '3 minutes of fame(so now 2 minutes)'. We expect all team members to join.
* The coach will kick off the meeting.
* After this, in order, all the Management teams take over the meeting during two minutes. In these two minutes you have the unique possibility to promote your hotel as stated below. Be sure that 'things work' (especially sound): if they don't improvise as you would in real life.
* You all pay attention to all the other Teams and take notes: a few words that reflect what you think of all of the other teams.
* After all of the presentations you all go to your own channels to discuss how your team is going to react and vote.
* You all come back after 10-15 minutes to the new general meeting in the chat of your city.
* You all are asked (Mentimeter) to react on all the performances (please be respectful but also honest) and to vote for a top 3. You are not allowed to vote for yourselves.
* The top three of each city will be rewarded a bonus:
** Number 3 € 50.000
** Number 2 € 75.000
** Number 1 € 100.000

== Situation ==

You hotel is relatively new and is looking for more exposure - reach. Make a statement to the outer world where your hotel stands for, and make it a memorable! So be creative, and think on your company strategic goals during your “Two Minutes”. As you know, you only have a maximum of three minutes to make this unforgettable impression.<br>
The audience for your “Two minutes” could be:
* your target groups,
* coaches,
* interested by-passers,
* competitors (other teams),
* maybe press relations
Just make it very clear whom you are aiming at: so this is your choice.


1. There is a paintball club in Tallinn that is organizing the games in different locations, also in one of the forests not far from Emerald Forest Hotel. The club has a lot of high quality equipment and professional staff, but not enough clients and good marketing ideas. The paintball club management proposes you to create an effective marketing campaign for attracting new clients. In exchange the club will organize the paintball games for the visitors of Emerald Forest Hotel for free during one year.  
== Goal ==
Make a Two Minutes of fame that is memorable, that has a very clear message, that has a clear call-to-action and which is in-line with your strategy.
It should be very clear whom you are aiming at. In the end, just seeing the message (just reach, clicks, views, likes e.g.) can never be the (final) goal. <br>

* Chose two team photos which you think are totally not suitable for a hotel management team and explain why!
You will use the MS Teams to do your Two Minutes. The way of presenting your 2 minutes is free; you can do whatever you like but keep an eye on your strategy. For this purpose, you can (for example) film a live-act, make a video, perform/produce a commercial supported by PowerPoint or music, a cartoon, a song: or whatever suits your needs and fits with the image of your hotel (and is in line with your strategy). Be creative and innovative! In all you make: beware of IP rights! <br>

3. You acted at the 3 minutes of fame. Answer the next questions as if it all where for real, so from a business perspective. You do not have a lot of times after the three minutes. Most of the following questions can be made upfront.

* what was the target group as an audience you aimed at?
* Is it inline with the strategy?
* what will, concrete, be the planned follow-up after the 3 minutes
* Is the message clear, and aiming at the right target group?
* how could you measure the result of the 3 minutes related to the goals in a concrete way?
* Is there a clear pay-off or call-to-action?
* how does your performance match with the Trade Fair?
* Is the plan okay?


Write in a concrete and serious way as to show knowledge on the subject. Make sure you decide on who is going to do what tasks.
== Handing in ==
Upload anywhere in the cloud (Dropbox e.g.: do not e-mail) a file with a plan on the Two Minutes, which you have to adapt after you did it.
Preparing:
* the goals you have with your Two Minutes
* what is your target audience?
* be concrete in your cal-to-actions: what do you expect from that?
* what is the back-up plan if your planned sessions doesn't work, but you have started your two minutes?
Executing
* did it work out? Are you satisfied? Try to give concrete points
* a short reflection on your performance, lessons learned, what would you do different next time? Do so in five positive points and five things to improve.
Organizing
* be sure anyone with a link can access it without any login (!)
* copy the link (only the link, not the document or content) and put it in your Team File before the deadline. Tab Decisions, F47: 'Extra information for your coach'. Furthermore, all other relevant information for your coach is welcome in this cell as well!
