Your mission is to manage the hotel, enhance its current operations, and deliver significant improvements compared to previous years. You will have access to last year's performance results and the decisions that shaped them, providing a valuable reference point. Remember, you are competing against other Management Teams who share the same starting position. This is your opportunity to showcase your skills in management, creativity, finance, and marketing, with guidance from your coaches. Seize this chance to stand out!


At the moment, no competitions are active and we are working on the release of version 6.0, which is expected to be complete at the end of December 2020. A fully online, corona-proof version.

The Emerald Forest is a unique learning opportunity, offering the possibility to work on (business) management skills in a modern, attractive way, completely online way. It is used by Universities (of a.s. 4-10 ects), companies as well as training institutes all over Europe. It consists of much more than just this platform and has been played by more than 10.000 participants. <br> The management skills to demonstrate should focus on: Creativity, commercial calculating, managerial capacities and promotional skills.
The Emerald Forest Hotel is an international management simulation with a strong realistic story-line combined with an attractive competition based on profit and on creativity.
