Reservation or booking?
The hotel does not make a difference between a (temporary) reservation or a (final) booking. In the administration so far, there is only bookings. Any booking can (and will very often) comprises more nights than just one. Some people even do more separate bookings in one year. All this is on the page bookings.
A weak point in the administration and booking flow, is the fact that the hotel, so far, didn’t have a proper PMS to organise all the processes.
