In the hospitality industry, restaurants are an important part of the total offer. It's not just about the [Operating_review#All_Revenues|revenues] or the profit, but also about the image, the service and the alignment with the total strategy.
This was also the case at Emerald Forest. The operating review shows the importance of [[food and beverage]]. But it is also very important in the [[banqueting]]. Until now, the menu and wine list was that of an average, ordinary restaurant. There is no special link with the hotel or strategy.

Develop a unique menu for your hotel restaurant that can be on the menu all year round. Make a video that shows how the dish is made and which can be used as an instruction for the chefs who are going to make it. The video should also appeal to random other viewers. The instructions may be (voice-)recorded or provided with subtitles. Certain parts of the cooking process, such as 10 minutes of cooking a hard-boiled egg, can of course be shortened in the instruction. Upload the video on YouTube and think of copyrights.
