Press conference
Situation
An unexpected situations has occurred. The management team has to response quickly and take measures. In 6.1 your hotel already made a plan.
Goal
Making sure that when this crisis will not be solved in 2 to 3 months, the Hotel will start making money with a creative new revenue stream.
Task, deliverable
Make a plan to make money in case the Hotel is not able tot open their doors yet after three months.
- Make a Business Model Canvas and analyse the Hotel’s situation before the crisis.
- What elements of your Hotel could be used in a creative way to start making money? (think about skills of your employees, alternative use of property, etc.)
- Make a plan, analysing which parts of the Business Model Canvas change and make an estimated guess regarding the new revenue stream(s) for the rest of the year.
