In your entrepreneurship assignment 1.0, you have to take many decisions on the strategy of your hotel. Now, in this assignment 2.0, you are going to formulate a response to the outbreak of the Covid19 virus (from here: “Corona”), that has turned the world into a different place. Your hotel offers a wide array of hospitality services, many of which involve people being in close proximity to one another. Due to corona, people have to keep a 1.5 meter distance. This poses some managerial questions:

- How would you communicate this?
- How does it affect your hospitality product?

Define the Corona policy for your hotel, in line with your strategy and service level. Describe the consequences for your operations and communication.
Task, deliverable
Check internet and other sources for best practices, examples from the industry and maybe also outside the hospitality field.
